Terms & Conditions
Please read the Trading Terms and Conditions: 1) Payment is required in full before your order is sent to you. 2) All our products are hand-made to order so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery (this is due to a high demand of orders now the wedding season is underway). We do not carry a large amount of standard stock. Urgent orders are possible. Please contact us with your requirements. Custom Designs may take slightly longer. 3) The Postage/Shipping prices quoted throughout the website are inclusive of Insurance and handling charges to the UK. Postage and packaging is charged at: £1.00 for orders £9.99 and under £3.00 for orders £10.00 and over £5.00 for orders £35.00 and over £7.00 for orders £100.00 and over and will be added at the checkout. Sorry, but we currently only ship to the UK. 4) Goods will be despatched upon clearance of funds. 5) RETURNS: All items sold on the Glitterbug website are hand-made and made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights and if you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase we will ofcourse refund your order in full minus any postage costs. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have chosen the correct colours for the materials used in your purchase using the online colour guide or the samples sent to you and please check the dimensions of your purchase carefully before confirming your order, we will not issue refunds for these reasons. If you have any questions or queries regarding your order such as colour, design or dimensions etc. please email us at sparkle@glitterbugdesign.co.uk. If a mistake is made on our part we will rectify the matter as soon as possible by means of a refund or a replacement. 6) Items that have become damaged during transit may be returned for replacement or refund. 7) Colour control of the crystals and beads and other materials used are the responsibility of the manufacturer/supplier and may occasionally differ from what is shown. Under no circumstances will any information be provided to other parties. All the details you provide will be used to process your order only. |
