How to order
How do I place an order? Paying by credit and debit cards: You can order all of the items on the website online, just click add to basket and then when you have finished shopping, proceed to the checkout. Credit/Debit card payments are processed via Paypal which is a secure server, you no longer have to sign up to a Paypal account, you can just make a one-off transaction. Please note that we are unable to take credit and debit card details over the phone. Paying by cheque: You can also pay by cheque by downloading the online order form (Adobe PDF)- just print out the form, fill it in and then make your cheque payable to Glitterbug and post to: Glitterbug, 87 Dibdale Road, Dudley, West Midlands, DY1 2RX. What happens after I place my order? We will normally contact you by email within 3 working days of receipt of your order to confirm all the details with you and provide you with an approximate delivery date. We may need further information from you about your order before we can start work so please check your email. On request we can send you samples of upto 4 crystals/pearls to help you make your decision if you have chosen to use coloured crystals or pearls in your chosen piece. Please make a note in the comments box when you order stating which colours you would like to see samples of. We will update you on the progress of your order as soon as possible. How long will my order take? Orders will take approximately 3 - 5 weeks to complete depending on the complexity of the design, the number of items in the order and the materials needed. If you need your order in short notice please email us, we will always accommodate last minute orders where possible. What is your returns policy? All items sold on the Glitterbug website are hand-made and made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable, this does not affect your statutory rights. However, if you feel that you are genuinely unhappy with the quality of your purchase or consider the item to be faulty please email us within 3 days of receiving your order. You may then return the item within 7 days for a full refund (excluding postage costs). The item must be returned in perfect condition and in it's orginal packaging and returned using Recorded Delivery. Any items not returned within this 7 day period will not be refunded. For more information please read the terms and conditions. What are your Shipping and Handling costs? Postage and packaging is charged at: £2.95 for orders £10.00 and over £1.00 for orders £9.99 and under and will be added at the checkout. We currently only ship to the UK.
